    April  2014. Following a long spell of attempts at the Master chef tests. We are pleased to announce that Chef Handi Susanto from Melbourne Australia has achieved the standard required at Salonculinaire.com for the title Salonculinaire Master Chef.  Hendi is the forty-fourth Master chefs to successfully pass the tests since 2007. Many have tried few have achieved this level.

    New Master Chef Achieved - 26July 2013 David Turner. David is a Professional Cookery Teacher, and a qualified pastry chef and baker at the De Vera Academy in England . David has over 40 years experience in hotels, restaurants, bakeries and training establishments in the UK France, Canada, China and Germany.
