    Hospitality Training Network 2013 culinary knowledge competition:

    Competition rules and timelines:

    - This culinary knowledge competition is open to HTN apprentices only

    - The HTN competition will be conducted from 10.00 AM Monday 8th April to 10.00 PM Sunday 21st April 2013.

    - HTN participants competing outside these dates will be disqualified

    - You will only be permitted to take this challenge once

    - The top scoring apprentices in each year will be notified by HTN

    - Finalists will be placed first - second and third in each year.

    Awards and Prizes:

    - To be announced by HTN

    - Certificates will be awarded to HTN apprentices who achieve first, second and third place?

    - Certificates will be awarded to first, second and third place HTN apprentices venues?

    Sample Test:

    - You are advised to attempt the sample test ( HERE ) as many times as you wish to practice an online quiz.

    How to enter:

    There are three simple steps:

    1. First register http://auschef.com/login/index.php

    2. All HTN apprentices have a unique USERNAME – this will be conveyed to you or contact: Suzi Brankovic Marketing Co-ordinator - Ph: 1300 139 108 Email: Suzi@htn.com.au

    3. When you are completely ready and will not be disturbed for 25 minutes (Between 10.00 AM Monday 8th April to 10.00 PM Sunday 21st April 2013).

    - Logon and open the test below by clicking on the HTN logo below

    - Read the rules carefully and when ready open the test “HTN Commis Chef Culinary Knowledge Analysis”

    - Once you have clicked the “Attempt quiz now”, you will be requested to input a quiz password. The quiz password will be conveyed to you or contact: Suzi Brankovic Marketing Co-ordinator - Ph: 1300 139 108 Email: Suzi@htn.com.au

    3. Add the HTN password to open the quiz.
